fc3s not starting properly
hey.. i have a series V fc3s.. for some reason it doesnt seem to start that well at all. i have a new electric fan on the radiator, it starts the moment the ignition is turned on and doesnt turn off til the turbo timer shuts it all down. the battery's ok as well... ive tried disconnecting the power to the fan and starting the car, it doesnt seem to make any difference at all... if i pump the throttle while its turning over i can coax it to start. once its going though its fine... WTF is going on???

First - welcome to the forum.
Could be lots of reasons:
minor of major flooding
low compression
weak battery or battery connections
worn out fuel pump
worn out ignition switch
cold start fast idle cam & thermowax not working
AWS not working
faulty grounds
There's more, but that's a start.
The whole factory service manual is available on-line.
I have a copy at the link in my sig. Download & print whatever you need.
The idle adjustments are in the "fuel & emmissions "section.
