engine wireing question

Exclamation engine wireing question

I have an 87 t2 and i cant get it to run compression is fine and so i ive tested ever sensor and everything checks out so im replaced the wiring harness because the old was was missing connectors anyway ive noticed that between the ground of the engine harness and the ecu i have like 30ohms of high resistance dose anyone know if there is spost to be that high of resistance or is there a resistor in there thats stock? if there is no resistor and the wire is bad this could explane alot what do you guys think. or where can i find a wireing diagram of the engine harness thanks.
