Unhappy engine runing to ritch

Hi

I have a 1987 rx7 turbo and i cant figure out why my engine is running so ritch. And its hard to start. I am geting to much fuel and not enought air i have compression its a brand new engine. but when i get it started and try to rev the engine the engines rpms just wanta drop and it will only stay ideling for a few seconds is there anyway to leanout the einge? I think i broke mt mass air flow meter could that have to do with it? thanks

maybe your t.p.s or your spark plugs...one of them could be fouled

or o2 sensor, main cat, plugs...
Or even your ECU itself might be fouling on you...

If you broke the mass air flow meter, THAT IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have dione this in the past myself to my 1987 Turbo.
Make sure it works before trying other remedies.
