So in ur opinion what would be f_ucked it my engine. would i be able to reuse all my apex seals again and would i need just to replace the broken oil seals.

you will need to disassemble to be sure, but my guess is it will need alsmost everything. if it is high mileage and not maintained very well you are looking at apex seals, all gaskets and seals, rotor housings, and possibly bearings, gears, and side plates. the second gens with the three piece apex seals tend to groove the housings on high mileage motors and if the oil was not maintained then all bearings and gears are subject to damage. take it apart and see what is wrong first.
