engine doesnt turn over, causes?
After building up my 6 port turbo conversion, I discovered that the engine would not turn over. With the spark plugs removed, it still doesnt turn over easily. Its almost acting like its making compression somewhere along the cycle, even with the spark plugs removed. After turning it with much force, it will become much easier to turn, almost normal, untill it reaches that point again. What could cause this? The lim was on without a cover for a couple days and could have possibly gotten water in it from a rain storm, and possibly some small metal shavings.

I used seafoam in it earlier today and after letting it sit for 15 mins or so, I was finally able to break it free and after turning it over a few times, it spins great with 6 equal compression pulses. A bunch of gritty carbon, and/or other gritty stuff came out of the exhaust port. Somehow it got carbon seized from the engine not running for like 6 weeks now, or something like that. Doesn't make any sense because he was driving it just about everyday before this. Eh, oh well, it seems great now.
