electrical problems

well i have a 10th ae and the batter is relocated to the storage bin, the cables were not marked so i followed them and thought i had them correct, but obviously i didnt, i blew the 80 amp under the hood and all other fuses under there were good, now it doesnt start i have power to the brake lights when i step on the pedal but not with the switch. when i open the door the door lights come on, no power to anything else though. i checked the panel by the kick panel on the driverside and i only have power to 2 fuses, unsure what they are i have to look on my other cover, but there are a lot more fuses there that should get power obviously, so my question is where should i look? anybody have this problem before? where can i get a wiring diagram for this?\

any help is greatly appreciated
