EGT Sensors

So i've been looking at this dual output PID Temperature Controller thing on ebay. I've determined that K type thermocouples would be sufficient to monitor the EGT's of my rotary. Now the question is how and where do i mount the thermocouples?

And is this PID Temperature Controller what i think it is?

I think it has dual inputs and outputs so i can plug it in to datalogit or megasquirt, etc. as well as being a visual display i could have in the cabin. The only stumbling block i see is that it wants 20v AC/DC in.
