Housings are 12aT housings. After tearing down engine I have discovered edge wear along one side of each housing, no chrome flaking at all just edge wear. Worst of it is along the bottom and near exhaust port. and comes in about 3mm. Only near the exhaust port does it seem to be "gougy", the rest of the wear seems smooth. Obviously this is not ideal, but are they useable. Cheers

 

Also while I'm here I might as well ask how bad is this damage to the water jacket, encroaching pretty much spot on with where the seal will but into the face of the plate.
