Drake... weird noise past 4000rpm

Drake... weird noise past 4000rpm
So when car is runnining past 4000rpm weird noise comes from front passenger quarter panel, there is a hose not attached, blowin out out air. Im pretty sure thats where it coming from. Any ideas?

It would help you immensely if you state which type of car(FB,FC,FD) and whether it is a turbo or non-turbo vehicle.
If it is a FC I can think of a hose that goes to a canister at the passenger corner.If that is just dangling from the air pump and not attached to the cannister, it will make a "moo sound".

Its a fd non turbo there is a canister that 2 hoses attach to and there is one hose on the bottom yhats just hanging there its alot smaller than the one under the car
