10W30 for normal driving.
If you beat on it, go with 20W50.
Any name-brand will do...

i use castrol 20W50 until about october. then i switch to castrol 10W40. the owners manual and service manuals suggest using the 20W50 in the summer and warmer type climates and the 10W40 in the winder or colder climates. this is due to viscosity (thickness) and flow rate. thicker oil like 20W50 will flow like molasses in the cold and will be harder on your engine, especially when you are starting it.
