Does anyone have the13B rebuild torque specs

I've got a new guy helping me out and I don't really have the time to teach him. This is why i love giving homework. My PC harddrive is fried so my old copy is MIA

been so long since i did mine, i'm not going to try to guess. but in the time it would take to get a reply to this, u could just download another copy of the manual.
