i have a '83 hb cosmo with a '85 wiring loom transplant, as cosmos were brought out only in japan the fuse box cover is only in japanese. i keep blowing one of the fuses, its a 10A fuse hopefully the picture will be clear enough for someone to help me as to what function the fuse holds.

Luckily it is in Katakana It says "Meter". That's all, so what they mean by meter is beyond me. Maybe the gauge cluster? Let me make a pic for you

excellent, cheers for that altho now i have to find what "meter" actually is, time to pull the dash off and route where that wire goes to, to stop it blowing every time i turn the ignition on

 

right closest i could find for direct translation is that
"meter" means "dashboard"
