Talking COOLING Problems FD!!

I recently replaced my radiator, AST, and thermostat after experiencing overheating problems with my FD. However, after starting my car, I am still overheating and noticed that my radiator fans are not spinning. I am not leaking any coolant. Anyone have any advice on solving my problem. Thanks.

Did you test the thermostat? Could be faulty. Also, check the fan relays on the passenger side of the engine bay, could be stuck. Well, first, i guess try actually testing the fans. Run 12V to 'em and see if they start spinning, if not....time for new motors. But it's unlikely both went out at the same time. Do the fans run when the A/C is on?

I checked the relays, and they seem to be fine. Where is the temperature gauge sensor? I noticed that the temp gauge reads cold when I start the car. Then, after a few minutes, the gauge begins to rise and eventually reads all the way up. However, I noticed that my engine bay is warm and barely hot. Could I just have a bad sensor? That would explain why the fans wouldn't be turning on too right?????
