the fans come on as soon as you turn the key on even when cold and when i unplug the top front relay the fans go off. im guessing a stuck relay. the problem is when i jump the other 3 to test them 2 of them work and one just clicks and when i replace it with one that does work it still just clicks so my question is, is the one that is clicking somehow tied to the stuck one causing it not to work? its on a 93 fd

 

now i dont believe it is a stuck relay..when i unplug it and plug it back in i can hear the relay clicking and making contact so something is causing it to come on as soon as the key is turned on
