I've searched and the best method of doing a coolant flush for me is to use www.robrobinette.com/flush.htm

I'm just wondering, when I flush the system, what Coolant do I use and do I just fill up the Radiator Filler bottle and leave AST and Expansion bottle alone. I will be siphoning any water/ coolant that is in the expansion bottle too.
