Which Clutch for my FD
I am doing some mods to my FD and hoping to get around 400-450bhp. I gather I will need a new clutch for this! I have seen lots on ebay rated up to 450-500bhp for around $250-300 are these any good? Are there any other clutches out there for a good price that you could recommend?

Do you plan to drag race the car? Do you daily drive it?
You can get a sprung 6-puck clutch which will hold the power you need, but driving one on the streets is not fun. If you want to hold that kind of power and have it feel like OEM, you'll need to invest in a twin plate clutch. If you can afford to mod the car for that much power, you should be able to afford the right clutch.

Thanks for the replies guys' The car will be a street car only.. just some fun for the weekend!
Regarding comments on cost I am tryig to work to a budget and a lot can be done for a budget if you do al the work yourself! I was also refereing to gross bhp at the flywheel not wheel hp. so I gather this should be quite easy to achieve with an ECU map, some extra fuel and a big turbo. sure there are some other little mods.
So I have seen a Borg Warner Brute Power clutch? I think this is probably a stock type though?

Clutches are rated by torque. Take a look at some of the dynos around and see one that matches up to your power goals. Then take the torque number from the dyno as an estimate and then you can find a clutch which will hold for your needs.
I would recommend something from ACT or Exedy.

I would guess that at around 450bhp you would be looking at 400ft/lb torque? I thought they should be rated by torque but the first few I looked at were power rated.. the couple I have linked to above have torque ratings which look plenty to me. however ever it was more a case of if anyone had used one of these clutches and new if they lasted well?? within reason a clutch is a clutch! but I don't want a monster to drive around town with!!
