all i will say is, there is an ongoing debate over the use of chromoly for flywheels, so it might be worth your time just doing some research. there are many good flywheels out there for T2's (RB, ClutchMasters, JUN, TODA, OS Giken, Fidanza ... just to name a few) so it's pretty much going to be a matter of how light you want to go. As long as you don't live in an area with A LOT of hills, the lighter, the better.
the clutch is going to depend on how much power you're running though, and from your picture i won't hazard a guess.

JUN is chromoly. Like I said, there is an ongoing debate over whether or not it's the ideal material for a flywheel. I have no opinion on the matter yet, because I have just become aware myself.
I have a JUN flywheel for my MR2T, but I have not put it on yet ... so I don't know.
With 450 HP and "hills to kill" , then I might suggest going with a lightweight steel unit (RB) or aluminum with steel insert (Fidanza) ... just to keep a "little" weight for standing street starts.
For clutch, you're probably safe with a ClutchMasters Stage 4, I would suggest staying away from clutches without springs for the street, but you could also consider ACT (metallic 6 or 4 puck) just to hold the power.
But do some research and make you sure you get what you're comfortable with.
Good luck, bro'

Just to add to my last post, I forgot to say this:
JUN is a reputable company, and I'm sure they pay a team of engineers obscene amounts of money to research these things before they make it to actual production, and I don't see how if chromoly is so bad for heat, why they would have chosen it. It just doesn't make sense for company that can build cars like their Hyper-Lemon cars to make such a seemingly simple mistake. I do realize that they are human and prone to errors, but I still can't see them doing that.
Also, I have some skepticism to the debate, because about half the people I've heard arguing against chromoly were people that sold flywheels that compete with JUN, so that's something else to consider.
Just wanted to give you all the info, because I don't want to paint a BAD picture of JUN, especially if they don't deserve it.
peace
