OR Clutch or Clutch Fork Problem?

After completing my J-spec TII swap into my S4 NA, I encountered a strange problem which I think stems from the clutch and its components:

I had just lowered the car off of jack stands, and wanted to let it coast down our sloped driveway. When the car was in neutral, it rolled down the hill just fine, but as soon as I put it into gear with the clutch in, it wouldn't roll. The clutch, for whatever reason wasn't disengaging.

I have ruled out a couple of things: Both the slave, and master cylinder were brand new and just replaced, and when I previously inspected the clutch that came with the engine, it seemed in good, usable condition. My next thought was that maybe the clutch fork was cracked or broken, but once I dropped the transmission, it seemed fully operational. Here are videos of both the slave cylinder and clutch fork in what seems to be operational condition. (Sorry for the poor footage, I was working by myself and had no one to help)

Any input is appreciated!!!

There was also a little clutch pedal travel before resistance was felt. Is it possible that the system just needed to be bled even more? I bled it for quite a while, so I feel like this might not be the case.

Did the trans and engine do back together smoothly or did you have trouble with this?
IF So then I would venture that the pilot bearing got squished.

The transmission has slid on, and bolted up just fine with some minimal persuasion of the couple times I've had to take the transmission off
