cleanest stuff to wrap wire harness with?

Im goint to rewire all my haltech wires. Whats something i can wrap them together so they will look nice and neat. I dont like the plastic wrap stuff, it was never ment for turbo cars with hot exhaust. I tried that and it melted. Any suggestions?

I used this silicone harness wrap. It works well and protects from heat. You can paint it if you want to go stealth. Also with wire looms as long as you have them routed on the sides of the car they should be fine. I've never heard of anyone melting them before. Interesting. .htm]wrap

thanks steiner, so is that whats its called "silicone harness wrap"? I dont have any wrap on the downpipe and I noticed when i installed the last engine that the plastic was melted on some of the wires. I will see if I can find it when I go to the parts store next time, thanks.

if your plastic is melting it's too close to the exhaust.
reroute it and/or use a heat shield
