Chrome plating side housings?
Has anybody experience with chrome plating the side housings?
This might be a method of filling wear grooves for resurfacing of worn housings?
What about thermal or plasma coating of chrome or ?
Ceramic coatings are too thin in general to fill a grooved surface.
