car won't start! (starter?)

hi guys! i just swaped in another jspec s4 into my T2 ...

2 days ago the engine ran, but on the first crank the starter don't crank...
then on 2nd try, the starter worked and the engine started, and i droved it.

today, (2 days later) i jump in the car try to start it (started cranks) but engine won't start. could then after couple times the starter was totally gone...

could it be the starter cranking too slow that causes the engine not to run?

whats the normal RPM on the FC TII started?

thanks guy!

i had a similar problem not to long ago,i had to replace the postive battery cable cause it was frayed inside, it was a hit or miss trying to start it.Sometimes it cranked and sometimes it didnt,or it would crank slow not giving enough power to the engine to start it. Try chaging the positive or even the negative cable to make sure you hae a good connection.
