Car is running bad please help

Hi all, recently my car was flooded and I did the egi comp fuse trick and it worked and started fine after that. Now however whenever I drive after about 10-20 minutes the idle starts bouncing erraticly and when I step on the gas the rpm goes to like 3k and doesn't go any faster. It also runs very rough hesitated and stuff. What could this be? Can it be I need to change the oil after unflooding the engine? Any help would be appreciated as this car is all I have to go to work and school.
Thanks

Jon

i looked all threw this website and found no help on this subject so now i will turn to yall (tha rotary Guru's) to answer tha problem that jonm16 has posted.. but tha story getz bigger check it out.. While tryin to get tha car to run right today. Its an 87 Se (13b) and i found a sensor with tha end of it melted off.. Like really burn burnt like someone took a torch to it or something.. But tha 2 wires that go to it are not connected and here are some pics of it..

This one shows how burnt it is where tha other wires connect to tha sensor, tha otha end is where it screws into engine..

Maybe you could try to reset the ecu by disconnect the battery, I had this happen to me when I pulled the fuel pump relay to unflood the car. Not sure if this will help you but hope it works.
