car has sat up to long now runs like crap, Why?
It is not my car but I know where one is that is in good shape. hasnt been drivin enough and now when the throttle is pushed the car sputters and chokes like it is flooding.
I dont know if it smokes or anything. I will get more details. Just thought I might buy it if cheap enough to fix.

There could be a couple of issues with cars sittin around not being driven. The fuel system could be filthy including the gas tank. My TII had been sittin for a while and there was beautiful gummy gas in the tank. There could be other issues but that would be my first guess.
