car cuts out at high rpm

Went to the races last night. Found out my car, when I pull all the way through the rpm range at about 6-7k it will cut out a bit. If i just run it up from 3-4 it will pull smooth all the way to 8. The car is non turbo, with streetport, 30k on the motor, 2.5" pipe with no cat, and I have the ACV and EGR block off plates. anyone know whats wrong?? something with A/F mixture???

New spark plugs and spark plug wires?
Check TPS at WOT to make sure it's not over 6.5k-ohms.
Fuel filter relatively new?

Unplug the TPS and measure resistance through green and black wires.
