Exclamation can someone please tell what this might be!!!!

WSUP FOLKS?! IM IN THE BRONX (NYC) AREA,AND IM LOOKIN FOR ANOTHER RX-7.MY 87 N/T IS UP FOR SALE FOR $1500 OR A DECENT TRADE.I GOTTA SELL MINE BECAUSE IT WONT START,I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG W/IT.I HAD THE CLUTCH CHANGED AND THE TRANNY RECENTLY REBUILT.AFTER I HAD THE TRANNY REBUILTAND CLUTCH CHANGED MY IDLE WENT NUTTY AND STARTED BOUNCIN' WHEN IT WAS WARMIN' UP,IT WOULD BOUNCE FROM 1,200 TO ABOUT 1,800,IF I HELD THE CLUTCH IT WOULDNT BOUNCE.I HAD LEFT AND WENT TO GEORGIA FOR A WEEK,WHILE I WAS GONE THE CAR WASN'T STARTED,WHEN I CAME BACK I WENT AND STARTED THE CAR AND LEFT IT TO WARM UP.WELL WHEN I CAME BACK OUT 10 MINS. LATER THE CAR WAS DEAD AND WOULDNT RESTART,I GOT IT RUNNIN' THE NEXT DAY AND IT RAN REALLY WEAKLY FOR LIKE 2 MINS. THEN DIED WHEN I LET THE CLUTCH OUT,SINCE THAT DAY IT HASNT STARTED.I HAVE TRYED REPEATEDLY TO START IT,BUT IT WONT KICK OVER,WHEN I OPEN THE HOOD AND CHECK FOR LOOSE WHATEVERS I DONT FIND NETHING AND I SMELL GAS!! I REALLY DONT WANNA SELL MY BABY BUT I CANT FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG W/IT AND IT WONT START TO GET IT TO MY MECHANIC. IT HAS PLENTY OF NEW PARTS LIKE~>COMPLETE NEW BRAKE SYSTEM$700,REBUILT TRANNY$600,NEW CLUTCH $350,NEW CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER$70,NEW TUNE UP$130,TINTED WINDOWS (20%)$150,SONY HEAD UNIT$150,4 NEW TIRES(80%NEW)$200,CARBON FIBRE RACING PEDALS$50,AND CARBON FIBRE SHIFT ****$25.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY TECH. ADVICE ON WHAT MY PROBLEM MIGHT BE,FEEL FREE TO PM ME,REPLY TO THIS ,WHATEVER JUST TELL ME WHAT U KNOW,ANY AND ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

ALSO I NEED THE VIN RUN ON THIS CAR IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THAT THE VIN IS->JM1FC3313H0507316

Jesus, that hurts my eyes just trying to read it. All caps and no spaces. Could you clean that up a bit?

Sounds like it is flooded first, the Idle problem has something to do with bad grounding, do a compression test to see what you are into. There is some unflooding posts on the 2nd generation cars everywhere. Use ATF in the engine to unflood. But ultimately, it does sound like what happened to my friend. Carbon buildup cut loose inside the engine at idle and locked up the engine. Your case may not be locked up, but it does sound like it may have ruined an apex seal.
