Question BOV stops working

My friend has a Lotus Esprit S4s. He had the Lotus shop put a BOV on awhile back. You can see it in the pic. I'm not sure what brand it is, he couldnt remember, he had it shipped from Britain. Im posting this because he is pretty busy right now. The past few nights that we have taken it out the BOV has stopped working. The BOV clearly works when the car is first running, but once the engine gets real hot after him stomping it around we cant hear it anymore. We can hook the laptop up to read EVERY sensor on the car and data log all sensors, the computer controls everything. So if anyone has any ideas about vacum loss or somethin I have a way to check it....thanks for the help.

I figured that anyone with this BOV or any other could benefit, it doesnt matter that the boost is coming from another car man.

You might be right, but you're comprehension of the English language is lacking.

The name of the forum section is "General Rotary Tech Support".
It does say "Rotary" in it, and that makes your port improper for this section.

If anything, there is a "General Automotive" section in here.
