boost controller?

I'm going to buying a PFC soon as well as a boost controller and i'm wondering what is the best boost controller? Should I just buy the one you can get for the PFC or the apexi AVC-R or should I go with something different? I'm only looking to boost somewhere between 13-16psi when I go single in my FD so I don't need anything extreme just something that is very accurate and easy to use.

Everyone that i know has the greddy profec spec 1 and it holds solid boost across the board. Its also not nearly as expensive as the AVC-R. Greddy doesnt sell this unit anymore but they sell a new one that works very similarly or you can look on ebay.
