Ok Ok Ok.... how the hell are somepeople getting upwards of 30psi (2bar) of boost out of there RX-7's.

I've run C-16 i've got the ignition down i'm getting a good A/F but i keep blowing corner seals....and that's only at 25psi. When i take it apart i have good burn....no hot spots and my plugs are ok.

Any help would be ....helpful

what kind of apex seals are you using?

 

3mm from mazdatrix...is it true that there are 1 piece seals available in Japan. I read it in my new Option Mag!

if so how do i get them?

 

as far as i know there are 1 piece seals available here. check with Mazdatrix (and a few other notable rotary shops) and see which seals they recommend for your setup and boost goals.

 

also, try posting in the Gen III forum - i'm sure someone else has had to have gone through this before

 

I have 3mm 1 pieces I got them from a mazda performance garage (WA) same $$ as 2mm
