Best plavce to buy a 13b engine

What is the best place to buy a 88 gxl non turbo engine. Is www.mazdarx7engines.com or http://www.mazdarotaryengines.com/ any good to buy a engine from.

Both of those places you mentioned are just different websites for Atkins Rotary rebuilds.
