Best apex seal for boost

I have a 12A Bridgeport with cryo seals that I'm thinking about turboing probly a second gen single turbo and I'm wondering how much boost I can run and if the cryo seals can handle boost

That depends on how well your car is setup (how well is the engine built, what kind of fuel delivery, how good is your ignition system, are you running Water/Meth injection, are your supporting mods up to par, does your ECU not suck a bag of dicks, does the guy tuning it know what they're doing or are they using your car to "figure it out", etc., etc., etc.)

There are a lot of variables to consider, and it's not a simple "yes or no" question, especially given the amount of information provided.

That, again, depends on the person tuning your car. An idiot can detonate and destroy an engine at ANY boost level.

I m not running meth injection jus regular pump gas (for now I understand ill need higher octane fuel like premium ) a holly red fuel pump running 5.5 psi a holly 600 carb all mechanicle headers all the way out to a high flo racing beat muffler (3.5 in to the muffler) so I'm asking how much boost (safely) can I run the engine was built well (by rpm racing in Florida) and has like 500 miles on it

Running a turbo/carb setup is asking for trouble. If you are going to turbo you have to switch to EFI and a standalone to manage ignition as well. If you are set on sticking with a carb setup and forced induction, go with a camden supercharger.
