battery relocation ground ?

I relocate my battery to trunk and from battery - to - engine I have that readings ohm..that OK?

You can't measure with ohms. A 30 gauge wire will show zero ohms but will not flow enough current to even light a headlight let alone start the car.

The way you grounded it should be fine, that is the way mine is grounded and I have had no problems.
