I am having troubles with this '88 SE. Some moron installed another motor in it before I bought it. I am having cold start idle issues. The thing jumps up and down from normal idle to around 3k. (Guessing, the tach doesnt' work...it occaisionally registers and sits on redline when idling, or bounces all around) I originally thought that it was a TPS issue b/c I could wiggle the connector and it would idle correctly. Now I am at a loss. It idles just fine once the engine is warm. What up? Thanks.
