apex seal

Can any one please tell me how to tell if my apex seals are going out.

Rough idel, poor vaccum, hard cold starts, and lose of power are all sings. Course if one blows its pretty hard to ignore

idleing

the idle is pretty ruff, and fluctuates between750rpms and 2600rpms constantly whyle idling, what could be causing that? also the emissions level are off the chart if that has anything to do with it, carbon monoxide is at 138 which is soposted to be around 15
