Anyone ever order an engine from these guys?
www.mazdarotaryengines.com
www.mazdarx7engines.com
I searched, checked the Engine Builder thread and didn't see these guys listed anywhere. Pricing seems competitive... $2000 shipped w/ 2year warranty for an s5 na, $300 for stage 1 porting, etc.
Has anyone ordered from them or heard about them at all? I just want to check it out before I place the order.
Thanks in advance.

Everyone that I know who has ordered a "low cost" engine has their engine fail thus inurring more expense than buying two engines. Get an engine from www.RX7.com; their engines do not break and, in my experience, their engines are forgiving.
PM me and I'd be happy to tell you what I know off-board.

yeah. i read the warranty and it's pretty typical. no racing, competition or anything like that or its void. if repairs are warrented, you have to pay for labor, at a discounted rate i think. I'm starting to lean away from that from the lack of responses to this thread.
I actually sent an email to a-spec tuning about a quote. I haven't heard back from them yet.
rx7.com is too much $$ for me right now.
I see that they're a sponsor here and there are a lot of threads with their name mentioned. (mostly for sale)
would anyone out there give me a concrete recommendation for a-spec?

well, for anyone out there who cares, im getting my motor direct from mazda. the price is reasonable and it is the quickest option for me right now. stock rebuilt 13b (no street port for now) with a 1yr/12,000 mile warranty for $2800.
