Another Idle problem

I seem to have a different idle problem than other people. My idle is set too low. The car idles at 200 rpm and shutters a bit when really warm. The car runs great when idling at 700-750 rpm and driving smooth as silk but for some reason the idle is way low. How do I adjust it?

OH the car is a 91 NA by the way.

I found it. Its a bit touchy to get it where I wanted the idle to be. Its either high or low but I've got it adjusted better than it was.

check your tps, and the idle speed on the top, it will only adjust when the car is off
