Alright, I need someone that actually knows what they're doing 86 NA

Thanks for looking people here is a descriptive explanation of what happened to my 86 NA.
I had it in my shop a month ago just cleaning out the interior when it wouldnt want to turn over on me.. Cranked till I flooded so I cleaned up the plugs and let it dry well. I also tested the spark and all four plugs seem to be firing correctly. I put it back together 2 days later and tried to turn it over again. Nothing but flooding again. I did manage to get the sucker started a few days following the seconf bad flooding so I let it warm up and run for a good while and let it cool for 2 hours and repeated the same thing. The next day I went and bought oil and a filter for a change. I got back to the shop, started the car let it warm up again and changed the oil. I tried to turn it over after and nothing but cranking and flooding, enough for me to see gas dripping from my exhaust pipe.
I tried listening to the injector with a screwdriver to my ear while some cranks the vehicle over. Im suppose to hear a sharp click but I hear nothing. The rx7 had a problem with hot starts since i had the car and would have to from time to time dump the fuel out by removing my fuse and cranking. It would always start.

So this is me stumped and needing serious help. If anyone know what my
problem is please let me know. Im also interested into some information on purchasing a diagnostic computer and how I can go about compression testing it. I believe my apex seals are alright as I had managed to start the car once after it began overflooding. Thank you
Keep it fun, always

Cant clean my injectors since they arnt open with current or signal. Im just looking for a way to possibly diagnose the problem so I dont waste money on parts not needing to be replaced. Anyone know where i can get a compression tester or a diagnostic computer? I dont mind spending money on those, i can use them for a lifetime, but i have problems with wasting money on parts, pet peeve of mine and im sure of everyone elses. What is the best way to test to see if my injectors are seating or how to test the current, its possible a wire is pinched? thanks for the post!
