air evacuation/super suction

i was watching a show called breaking point and they were talking about air accelerators. now.. i was thinking what if instead of using rad fans, what if someone mounted two air accelerators to a v mount setup running off the turbo?.. (air accelerators only work under compressed air), but.. im thinking that this might be beneficial to a race car thats always moving but not in a street car... any thoughts?

link to a air accelerator.. but im thinking maybe it would be more of a problem then anything..
