Abs Help!!!!
Ok,
ABS light is on permanently. Have spent the day trying to resolve this but still haven't. Really don't want to spend another day chasing my tail tomorrow!
Have cleaned all the wheel sensors, have con checked all the wheel sensors from the ABS control unit connector, all fine. Have slaved in a new ABS control unit, still no joy. Have checked the 60A and 15A fuse under the bonnet and the other fuse in the drivers side fusebox. (Obviously did these first)!!
Have checked the 2 relays on top of the ABS Hyd unit, they're both fine. Have found something that tells me to check from the ABS control unit connector to the alternator, but dunno whether I'm supposed to be measuring a voltage or what!
Is the only thing left to do, changing the ABS hyd unit?
Any more ideas anyone??
Thanks,
Mark.
ps. It's a 93 Jap import and I dont have the TBS pin in the diagnostics socket.
