I am in the process of buying an FD and the guy has not started it in 9 months. It had the motor rebuilt 15k miles ago and he said everything was working fine.

The current battery on the car is the one he had. H put a charger on it and all of the lights in the car turn on but it will not turn over. When you turn the key nothing happens.

Could anyone tell me what I should be looking for.

I just want to turn the motor over to make sure it runs.
