I'm unsure as to what topic to place this under, but here it goes anyways...

While in a free form discussion, I had the idea, as stupid as it may be, of placing an RX7 transmission (manual or automatic) in a 929....
I had heard (somewhere) of someone placing a 929 automatic tranny in an RX7, but was curious as to the reverse of that situation.

Would it even bolt up correctly??

By no means am I attempting to waste my time doing this, but it was a thought all the same and wondered if anyone had any info or ideas on the logistics of this....

Well, concidering the 929 is the 'Cosmo' in other country's, and it had a rotary! You would probably have to get a 'Cosmo' tranny, but I have NO idea. Just a insight
