'92 fds3 rhd teardown and rebuild

I'm sure I will have many questions.
I have http://www.nopistons.com/fsm/FDFSM/(C)engine.pdf saved, printed out, and in a binder.

I got the engine/trans out fairly easily. Not too bad, save for a brace on the side of the trans I did not see and was yelling because the trans wouldn't separate. Lol. Got the engine torn down, after posting a few pictures on a FB page, found out my housings were pretty damn good. Now I'm in the middle of measuring everything and have started my questions. First, a few pics of teardown and housing conditions.

Just an FYI, when I picked this car up it would not start, not running, but would turn over.

So now I'm checking the Apex seal combined height on rotor "A". On corner 1 it's 6.42 and 6.56, corner 2 is 6.36 and 6.50, corner 3 is 6.49 and 6.65.
Corner 1 long spring height is 5.02 and short is 2.96, corner 2 long is 5.21 and short is 3.14, and corner 3 long is 4.95 and short is 2.89.

So based upon those measurements, I will need to replace everything on that rotor, correct? Or do you think I messed up the measurements. I'm not even sure, because the long springs are all about .5mm off and the short springs are all about 1mm off.

Thanks for any input, I am still learning. I'm sure I will have more questions as I get farther into this.
