Arrow 88 FC3S, Sat for 4YRS! Need some advice!

Hey guys/gals, im new here and also new to mazdas and rotarys for that matter. Big fan of them and finally getting one! Looking to buy an 88 FC3S TII locally. It was a project car the seller bought as his project car but things got in the way. So he put Marvel mystery oil in through the plugs and fuel stabilizer in the gas and it has sat for over 4 years. He never rotated the engine either. Now im an automotive tech professionally, grown up around cars and mechanicals all my life, been through tech school, built race engines (piston) and race them, so im pretty skilled at this. Just no rotary experiance. I "think" i have a decent understanding of the basics. I know the fuel system is going to need attention. Tank drained and cleaned, injectors flushed etc, if they are any good still. My biggest concern is with the engine seals. Hopfully there isnt any rust or other nasty surprises. Im planning on pulling the motor out and at a minimum, new seal springs. The engine is a JDM-J-spec 13b and i beleve S5, not positive, that this guy installed when he got it. It already has a bunch of other goodies installed. I love Bridgy's so im planning on a half-bridge while its apart. Now this is gonna be a daily driver/good weather car but i would eventually like to squeeze 500hp out of it. I think its got the goods for 400+ as is now. It has a Walbro 255, bigger injectors, FMIC, Haltech E6K, Turbonetics TO4 60-1, full exh, ported throttle body, prolly forgetting things.
Ive read/heard for a car like this, stock mazda seals are best should I need to replace any. For curiosity sake, anyone try SDR pshyco seals?

So any advice, things to look for? recommended things to do? Ill take all the advice I can get. Thanks !

Anybody? Surely some of you folks have revived a rotary that has sat a while?

Thanks for the tip, I did watch aarons vids! I decided to pull the engine and freshen it up anyways. Post teardown, everything looked fine, no rust or anything however the water o-rings wern't in the best shape so glad i tore into it.. I have yet to check clearances and wear on parts. Ill post up some pics soon of the internals because i really dont know if the rotor housings need attention, etc.
