FL 88 13bt no spark but have have 10v to coil while cranking

ok here it is i have a 88 rx7 i have no spark i have 12v key on engine off 10.5v while cranking i tested resistance on coil and on the crank angle sensor they are all in spec iv had no spark since the motor swap i have new plugs and wires i tested the resistance on the wires from the ecu to the coils and they are all .1 ohms this does not really help much since i have a voltage drop on the same wires i cant tell if the wire is bad or if im just picking up interferance coming out of the ecu giving me false voltage reading

now i took the car to a mazda shop and told them my problem he called me a day later and told me i now have spark but after towing it back home iv had no spark
he said there was a loose wire on a fuse i checked the same wire and everything was good i dont know if he was fool of crap or what?

i need some help if anyone has had the same issue what did you do?

am i able to get a msd ingnition to fix this problem and what type of msd should i get for this car?

is there a way to convert my coil near plug to a distributor?

if anyone has any idea on how to ghetto rig the system to spark i just need spark

again please help
thank you
