Well I'm pretty new to rotary engines this is my second fc the first one I had was a n/a s4 now I got another s4 only this one is the TII ....so here's the problem I just got the car from a older lady that was just getting to old to drive it so she just parked it back in 2004 and its been sitting ever since I tried to turn the motor by hand and had no luck she said it was running at the time it was parked any suggestions would be greatly appreciated also could a motor seize up just from sitting

welcome to the board.
the best i can do is say, it's not likely to be really seized, but there's no way for me to say that with certainty. keep in mind, i consider seized to be something like a locked up/spun bearing or a gear that "walked".
my suggestion would be get some Seafoam or Deep Creep in there and let it soak. try to get it from all sides - exhaust, intake and ignition. after a couple days, see if you can get it to move. try to avoid really manhandling it, but also don't be afraid to get some leverage on it. see how it goes. if it does free up, get as much of that stuff out as you can and try to get coating of oil back on things as soon as you can.
