86 fc idle issues!!!!!!!

I have a fc it's the s4 motor. I recently took my vacuum nest off my motor. I also replaced the clutch at the same time doing so. Well when I put the motor back in ran my vacuum and blocked off what was suggested in the guidelines, it runs and starts with no problems.

Only issue is it revs at like 3100 rpms, And doesn't let off. It's kinda hard to explain. Some times it pulsates between 1500-3000 rpm. I switched tps with my other car(it's not new) and it did the same thing. I unplugged the tps and still did the same.

I also adjusted my crank angle sensor, the only thing that does is raise the rpm's even more. It also does this weird quick vibration when u get on the gas gradually.

If anyone have any suggestions on what it could be Please help! This is my first rotary. I'm trynna learn as much as I can about it.

Tps's are meant to be adjusted to 1 volt w/the engine fully warmed. And recheck your plumbing as it appears the engine is getting too much air. Also, make sure the AFM flapper door is not stuck. Make sure the throttle plates move freely. Did you happen to remove the BAC, and if so, did you block off the air supply hose that fed it?
