I put a 88 engine in my 86 mazda But left the 86 wireing. Turns on But
shuts off as soon i take off why? people tell me its my computer,fuel filter,
fuelpump,ect but its not that please help.

So... in words that make more sense from a diagnostics standpoint...
The motor idles, but it stalls out when you try to drive?
Is the motor able to free-rev? if there is minimal load on the engine and you press the gas what does it do? Does it have a rough idle?
How do you know it is not the computer, fuel filter, or fuel pump? How did you diagnose these parts, and what made you come to that conclusion?
It is very difficult to troubleshoot without a good description of the problem, and without knowing what you have tried so far.... Kinda like talking to a mechanic and saying "my car makes a noise when I press down on the one thing" and not having the car available for diagnosis.
