Is 60 degrees C to cold?

As the title says is 60 degrees Celsius to cold for my water temp? I have the turblown EWP kit and a V-mount and now that everything seems to be functioning I'm only able to get around 60 degrees wile movie g and I'm wondering if I should be letting it get a bit warmer?

Yes it is.

I prefer 85-88c on a street car.
