20b spacing?

This may be a stupid question, but looking up ITBs for a 20b I see various options on spacing. 130/160, 120/120, 120/150 etc. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that the measurement between the intake ports? If so, why would these be different?

"Short 20Bs" are made with two 13B intermediate housings. They are usually peripheral port although sometimes they are made with early 12A side housings, which had very tall primary ports.
