20b and 13b rew rotor housings

Can 20b rotor housings be used to replace 13b rew housings.

Are there any major differences?

yes they can. the major difference is the exhaust port sleeve. 20b has a massive restriction that somewhat resembles a "C" which i dont believe re-w housings have.
