1989 that wont run just pull

i have a 1989 mazda rx-7 manual...non turbo...all stock except clutchs ....
everything works but it wont go...i can put it in gear and it starts to go but it just starts to pulll and pull. ...i was driving it fine then all of a suden it just would not start ... i cecked the coils, and changed the baterry but i now cant get it to run. it runs at 2-5 miles per hour now..it also atarts but it feels like the battery has no power aor doenst provide any voltage....can anyone give me a hint or tip on what may be the problem.?

need better and clearer information.

when was your last tuneup?
how does it idle?
any misfires?

check your OMP connections because i think your car has a limp mode - don't know for sure, but just a thought.

Lightbulb yes

it does have an after market intake ....and there is a small miss...
